Thank you for your interest in becoming a Mentoropolis Mentor.  Getting started is easy and is as simple as sending us an e-mail.  This is not an automated system; a real person will receive your e-mail, read it and will get back to you - usually within 24 hours.

We believe in old fashioned values.  We will not engage companies unless they are committed to high levels of corporate governance and audit.  We perform due diligence on the principals and do everything we can to make sure our Mentors have a great environment to create shareholder value.  We are long term players and pride ourselves on our accomplishments and respect the position of trust and responsibility we are given to help pilot a company's future. 

We offer training and believe me, there is not much we have not seen.  If you have experience but are worried about not understanding mentoring, we can help.  We can pair you with an experienced mentor to help you learn the ropes and understand our systems. 

Finally, one thing that words can never express is the satisfaction and excitement that many of our mentors feel when they are a contributor to the success of a young venture or a start up.  One of my joys is to take part or to hear of instances where the inventors, scientists or entrepreneurs work with their advisory board of Mentors and create new solutions, strategies, intellectual property, products and services that create something revolutionary for their industry.
