Entrepreneurial Experience:  Anyone who has started their own business or has worked in the start up and early stave venture part of the market and understands the unique challenges and solutions
Executive Experience:  CEO, President &, Vice President level  experience  to advise and coach young CEOs or to assume this position part time in a consulting capacity.
Financial Experience:  CFO, Accounting & Finance experience to assist with the financial infrastructure, projections, compliance, funding and related tasks.
Administrative Experience:  COO, Administrative and related experience especially in designing and setting up infrastructure and new systems.
Customer Service Experience:  Skills in providing outstanding customer service and the design, implementation and maintenance of systems.  We strive to make all our client companies “Customer Driven”.
Internet and New Media Experience:  It is a changing world and new companies have to adapt to new ways to do business such as Social Networking, Blogging and the fast paced culture of change and new Internet tools.  This often includes Marketing Experience as more and more marketing functions migrate to the Net.
Merger, Acquisition and Strategic Alliances:  We require Mentors with skills to partner and exploit strategic opportunities for growth and profitability for our clients.
Legal Experience:  Commercial Law, Patents, Contracts & Compliance & Finance are some of the skills we require as well as the familiarity of legal issues that are important to young ventures.
Board of Director and Advisory Board Experience:  Governance, Compliance, Audit and Strategic Planning experience to give our clients the direction, credibility and leadership necessary for growth and financial sustainability.
Public Company Experience:  Finance, Filing, Reporting and compliance as well as an understanding of exchange issues, Federal, State and Foreign issues are important as many of our clients are public or pre-public entities.
Life Experience:  Compassion, caring, resourcefulness, a sense of humour and being a leader and motivator; these are some of the most important skill required for assisting our client companies.
